2. Service Terms and Booking Conditions

2.1 Booking and Appointments

When booking an appointment with Srkin Club, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for updating this information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Health Information

Before receiving any massage or wellness treatment, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire. You must disclose all relevant health information, including medical conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy. Failure to provide accurate health information may result in inappropriate treatment and potential health risks. Srkin Club reserves the right to refuse service to clients with certain health conditions that contraindicate massage or other wellness treatments.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change, and we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may be charged the full service amount.

2.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. You will be charged the full amount of the originally scheduled service regardless of the shortened duration.

2.5 Prices and Payment

Prices for our services are as listed on our website and in our salon. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect appointments already confirmed. Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and gift certificates.

2.6 Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

3. Client Conduct and Expectations

3.1 Professional Boundaries

Srkin Club provides professional therapeutic services only. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. Repeated incidents may result in permanent refusal of service.

3.2 Respect for Staff and Other Clients

We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with courtesy and respect. Verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

3.3 Hygiene

For the comfort and safety of our staff and other clients, we expect all clients to maintain reasonable personal hygiene when visiting our salon. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if hygiene issues are a concern.

3.4 Substance Use

Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not be able to receive treatment, as these substances can alter the body's response to massage and create safety concerns. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances.
