1.3 Service Cancellation by Srkin Club
If we need to cancel your scheduled service due to therapist illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- You will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- If we cannot accommodate your rescheduling needs within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
1.4 Pre-paid Package or Membership Refunds
For prepaid service packages or membership plans:
- Refunds for unused services in a package may be issued on a prorated basis, less any discount received for purchasing the package.
- Membership cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your membership agreement.
- Early termination fees may apply as specified in your agreement.

2.1 How to Request a Refund

- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Cash Payments: Refunds can be collected in person with valid ID or processed to a bank account of your choice.
- Gift Cards: Refunds for services purchased with gift cards will be issued back to the original gift card or as store credit.
2.3 Partial Refunds

3. Cancellations and No-Shows
3.1 Client Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee; full refund issued if prepaid.
- Between 2-24 hours' notice: 50% cancellation fee; 50% refund if prepaid.
- Less than 2 hours' notice or no-show: 100% cancellation fee; no refund if prepaid.
3.2 Exceptions to Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may be waived under the following circumstances:
- Medical emergencies (documentation may be required).
- Severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe.
- Bereavement or family emergencies.
- Other extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of management.
4. Product Returns and Refunds
4.1 Unopened Products
For skincare, massage oils, and other retail products purchased at Srkin Club:
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
- A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
4.2 Opened or Used Products
For opened or used products:
- If you experience an allergic reaction or the product is defective, you may return it within 7 days of purchase.
- Documentation of adverse reactions may be required.
- Exchanges or store credit will be offered at our discretion.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift certificates (but they can be transferred to another person).
- Personal hygiene items once opened.

- Heavily used products with less than 75% of the product remaining.
